We give your parcel to that company to timely/safely deliver the parcel to you, if parcel get late or rider don't deliver and return the order, then clearly this is the mistake of courier company. But you can complain to us, we will forward the complain to the courier company and they will resolve the complain, As we also are dependent on courier company in the process of delivery.
